Anyone can join a recreational class. Classes are designed for students from ages 5 and up. We also have preschool morning classes for ages 3 - 5.
Preteam (Wallabies) and Team (Wallaroos, Joeys, Aussies, Aussie Extremes) are by invitation only.
What is the instructor to student ratio?
It is a 1:8 ratio for 7-years old and older and 1:6 ratio for younger ages
Who are the instructors?
Your instructors are highly trained individuals and most have competed competitively in the sport as well.
What if I miss a class?
We do not offer credits or refunds for classes missed. Your tuition is based on enrollment (guaranteed spot) and not a reflection of attendance. We do allow ONE make up per month per class. Make ups should be scheduled with the front desk in advance.
What about tuition and other fees?
There is an annual family registration fee of $60 which is non-refundable and not pro-rated. The fee is due each year on your anniversary date.
Tuition is due on the 1st of the month and considered late after the 10th of each month. For recreational and hourly classes, a $10 late fee will be added to your balance if tuition is not received by the 10th. One class attended for any month constitutes responsibility to pay for that month (unless it is a documented Trial Class). For team members, the late fee is a percentage (refer to contract).
Do you offer any discounts?
YES! We offer discounts for families with multiple students and for students in multiple classes.
Sibling Discount - The child with the highest tuition pays regular listed amount and each child of lessor tuition will receive a 15% discount. (Note: for competitive team members, discounts should be arranged on a case-by-case basis with the Director).
Multiple Class Discount - Students enrolled in multiple classes get a $20 discount on each subsequent class of equal or lessor value.
If we have to withdraw or drop a class, how do we do that?
To withdraw from a monthly class, a written Drop Notification Form (available at the front office) or email of withdrawal to firstname.lastname@example.org must be received by our office staff by the 15th of the month prior to terminating the class. This will prevent billing for that class on the 1st of the month. Although you may want to mention your intention with your instructor, verbal communication with the instructor is NOT considered a valid withdraw notice.
