Oliver Mullin
TNT Aussie Extreme Head Coach, Competitive Elite Athlete

Oliver Mullin has been coaching for for over 16 years. He has been coaching Trampoline and Tumbling with Jim Dowling since 2009 and has a coaching background in cheer tumbling and artistic gymnastics.  He is a professional member and safety certified in both USTA & USAG.

Oliver spent 8 years of his childhood in artistic gymnastics before switching to competitive Allstar cheerleading in high school.  He continued cheerleading in college at both Georgia Tech and one year at Hawai’i Pacific University.  After graduating from Georgia Tech in 2008, Oliver met Jim and was introduced to the sport of Trampoline and Tumbling.  He has won two USTA national championships in Trampoline - 2012 & 2015, and continues to compete to this day.

Oliver is also a licensed CPA in Georgia and works as a corporate financial accountant at Elavon, Inc, a subsidiary of US Bank. His favorite part of coaching is seeing the excitement on an athlete’s face when he or she achieves a new skill or execute an incredible routine.


Ema Jones
TNT Pre-Team Head Coach, TNT Team Coach

Ema started coaching gymnastics in 1993 when she was 16 years old. She grew up doing gymnastics and then coaching, now over 20 years later, she has the same passion in coaching as she did back then. Ema has coached our TNT competitive team since 2010. She is now our TNT Pre-Team Head Coach and coaching our competitive team. She still coaches gymnastics classes and team at the YMCA.

Ema is originally from the United Kingdom. She has a 12 year old daughter who also grew up in the gymnastics world, but was then introduced to trampolining and tumbling. She loves it and is hooked just as much as Ema is. "I couldn't think of a better job, than the ones I have. Watching not only my child but all the other children I teach, achieve goals they work so hard for and leave practice with a smile. I love it."

Dezion Fuller ("Coach D")
Instructor for TNT, Ninja Zone, and Cheer Tumbling

Dezion Fuller has been coaching since 2011. He started as a tumbling coach at the age of 15 at MAX Cheer/Midwest Athletics Extreme in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Dezion moved to Georgia in late 2013 and started working with Jim Dowling as a power tumbling and trampoline instructor in 2014. In 2015, Dezion helped opened our new facility ... literally with much of the actual manual build out! Today, "Coach D" is our head instructor for Ninja Zone, and also instructs TNT team and rec classes and tumbling classes.

In high school, Dezion cheered his junior and senior year and also did competitive Allstar cheerleading. He competed in Regionals, Nationals and Worlds for high school cheer and came in 2nd place in the NCA Nationals for Allstar cheer. Dezion was also a a break dancer for a Christian dance crew and dance instructor. Dezion is currently in school for massage therapy.


Nevajane Tuggle
TNT Elite Cheer Team Head Coach

Nevajane Tuggle has had the pleasure of coaching competitive cheerleading for 5 years. Before her son was born, she taught dance and gymnastics. Nevajane grew up cheerleading, and was on the dance team in College. 

Nevajane is a licensed CPA, but has put that career on hold for her kids and "her cheer girls - I love coaching and spending time with them. They are such a blessing." She looks forward to the start of each season – and meeting the families and the cheerleaders. She loves to volunteer whenever she can.

Ryan Baker
Power Tumbling Coach, High School Cheer Coach, Cheer Tumbling Instructor

Ryan has over ten years of experience in cheerleading and tumbling. While attending Ball State University he was on the cheerleading squad which placed in the top 15 in the nation in Division 1 during each of his four years. While a member and captain of the team, he also coached his college squad for two years. Ryan conducted many Ball State cheer camps with instruction on cheering and tumbling at the college level. In addition, he instructed camps for the Universal Cheerleading Association for five years. He has also judged numerous Universal Cheerleading Association Regional events.

For the past five years he has coached both senior and junior competitive cheerleading squads as well as middle school and high school squads. He is USASF certified levels 1-5, and certified in CPR. Ryan holds a Liberal Arts degree with an emphasis on Exercise Science.
