General Info and FAQs

Who can join these classes?

Anyone can join a recreational class. Regular Rec Classes are designed for students from ages 5 and up. We also have preschool classes available for ages 3 - 5.

We also have a competitive TNT team (by invitation only). Students must be evaluated to join Preteam (Hot Shots ages 4 - 7 or Boomeranges ages 8+) and TNT Teams (Joeys, Aussies, Aussie Extremes) .

What is the instructor to student ratio?

It is a 1:8 ratio for 5 years old and older and 1:6 ratio for younger ages and Ninja Zone classes.

Who are the instructors?

Your instructors are highly trained individuals and most have competed competitively in the sport as well.

What about tuition and other fees?

There is an annual family registration fee of $60 which is non-refundable and not pro-rated. The fee is due each year on your anniversary date.

Tuition is due on the 1st of the month and considered late after the 10th of each month. Tuition is based on enrollment (guaranteed spot) in a class. Tuition is a monthly fee (not per class). Our year is based on 48 weeks of classes with the yearly tuition averaged over 12 equal monthly payments. Some months may have more than 4 weeks and some may have less than 4 weeks, but the tuition amount remains the same each month. One class attended for any month constitutes responsibility to pay for that month (unless it is a documented Trial Class). For regular classes, the late fee is $10 and will be added to your account on the 11th if your balance is not paid by the 10th. For team members, the late fee is a percentage (refer to contract).

What if I miss a class?

We do not offer credits or refunds for classes missed. Your tuition is based on enrollment (guaranteed spot) and not a reflection of attendance. We do allow ONE make up per month per class. Make ups should be scheduled with the front desk in advance.

Do you offer any discounts?

YES! We offer discounts for families with multiple students and for students in multiple classes.

Sibling Discount - The child with the highest tuition pays regular listed amount and each child of lessor tuition will receive a 15% discount. (Note: for competitive team members, discounts should be arranged on a case-by-case basis with the Director).

Multiple Class Discount - Students enrolled in multiple classes get a 25% discount on each subsequent class of equal or lessor value.

If we have to withdraw or cancel a class, how do we do that?

To permanently withdraw or temporarily cancel/stop a class, a written 2-week notice must be received by the front office. A Cancellation Notice Form (available at the front desk) or email of cancellation to may be submitted. Verbal communication (either via phone or with the instructor/staff) is not considered a valid withdrawal notice. Return to the original day/time of class is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.
