What Happens in Adult TNT?

Classes include warmup, skill drills and coached progressions using the program’s trampoline and tumbling equipment. Instruction can include body shapes, rotation, twisting and tumbling technique. The coach guides the skills and equipment used for your ability level; advanced movements are approached through progressions.

Can I Start Without Recent Gymnastics Experience?

Contact the front desk before registering to explain your background, whether you are returning to gymnastics or exploring a new activity. We can discuss the current class format, expectations and suitable starting point. Do not assume an advanced skill is required or that a particular skill will be taught in your first class.

Adult Trampoline, Tumbling or Tricking?

Adult TNT combines trampoline, double mini and tumbling. If you are interested mainly in tumbling progressions, compare our tumbling program and ask about appropriate placement. Martial arts tricking emphasizes kicks and acrobatic combinations and requires an evaluation before enrollment.
