Martial Arts Tricking Classes in Suwanee, GA

Martial arts tricking combines kicks, flips, twists and acrobatic transitions into connected movement sequences. It draws on movements found in martial arts, gymnastics and dance. At Jump TNT in Suwanee, near Johns Creek and Duluth, students work through coached progressions suited to their experience.

See current tricking classes or ask about the required coach evaluation. New families can request a free trial; staff will confirm evaluation and placement before your visit.

What Is Tricking?

Tricking blends martial-arts-style kicks with gymnastics-style acrobatics and transitions. A sequence may connect individual skills into a combination. The class develops movement skills through instruction and progressions; ask the coach which starting level fits your current ability.

How Does Tricking Compare with Other Classes?

Tricking emphasizes combinations of kicks and acrobatic movements. Tumbling focuses on tumbling skills and progressions. NinjaZone combines obstacle activities with coached movement. Jump TNT’s tricking program is distinct from parkour and is not presented as a traditional martial-arts belt or self-defense course.
