TUMBLING CLASSES

All tumbling classes consist of stretch, warm-up, tumbling drills and working progression skills for their next level. Our facility offers a full 9 panel spring floor that tumbles into a foam pit, a 30ft tumble track that tumbles onto a 16ft resi mat, as well as a full length rod floor for straight tumbling. Not to mention our incredible gymnastics/tumbling instructors on staff.

Class Descriptions

Beginner

Introduces students to beginner tumbling skills such as forward and backward rolls, dive rolls and up to cartwheels, handstands, backbends, and bridge kickovers.

Level 1

Must be able to complete “just the basics” skills with proper form comfortably.

Working on roundoffs, front and back walkovers, cartwheel into back walkover, where they will begin introducing back handsprings.

Level 2

Must  be able to complete Level 1 & before skills with proper form comfortably.

Working on standing back handsprings, round off back handsprings, back handspring stepout and roundoff into a back handspring.

Level 3

Students must be able to complete Level 2 & before skills with proper form comfortably.

Working on running pass with tucks, front tucks, two back handsprings into a tuck and aerials.

Level 4

Students must be able to complete Level 3 & before skills with proper form comfortably.

Working on standing tuck, whips and layouts (running and standing).

Back-to-Basics

Students must be able to complete Level 4 & before skills with proper form comfortably.

Working on fulls, arabians, doubles and specialty passes.

We offer a free trial class, call the front desk for more information! Trial classes are offered to all new families at JUMP TNT.

If you have taken classes with us in the past you do not qualify for a free trial class

All students are required to wear grip socks on the trampoline, if you don’t have your own, JUMP TNT grip socks are available for purchase at the front desk.
